<strong>The threat to the church in Colossae</strong><br /> The variety of opinions on the matter of the Colossian error is illustrated by means of a brief overview of some of the most important contributions, taking into account a number of more recent discussions. The testimony of the text on the matters raised by the previous section is then discussed from the point of view of Colossians' distinctive textual form, as well as the stress on confessional material in the letter.
