Cette thèse visait à soutenir le développement d'un tel cadre innovant pour l'évaluation économique des TG en examinant systématiquement et en évaluant de manière critique les ETS précédentes des TG en se focalisant sur les analyses économiques, les recommandations publiées pour les évaluations économiques des TG et les modèles publiés. Enfin, deux modèles différents pour le même TG ont été répliqués afin de vérifier certaines des recommandations dans la pratique et d'évaluer l'impact des différentes approches d'évaluation économique sur les résultats obtenus.
