Georges Barthel : Dom Deschamps and the end of politics. The ameliorations proposed by the «philosophes » remained within the essence of politics and simply exasperated the problems. It is both illusory and dangerous to expect the political authorities to justify themselves before the tribunal of reason. For Dom Deschamps, politics is a perpetual movement between total disunion and total union. It is therefore necessary to find a form of society to translate the non-necessity of politics into a systems which prevents its return, to found a metaphysics which will reveal the true nature of politics, and be at the same time the True System which will put an end to politics.Barthel Georges.
