Multicultural education has an important role in today's increasingly heterogeneous and globalized society to provide provision on aspects of diversity, self-identity formation, intercultural skills, and prevent discrimination or conflict. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of multicultural education and the factors that support and hinder the process of implementing multicultural education at SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta.
