The author proposes a synthesis of palaeoethnobotanical data supplied by plant food offerings from Gallo-Roman funerary context. All of Gaul is studied and 32 sites are presented. A study is made of the species, the reasons for these gestures, and the religious symbols of these plants. Comparisons are established with earlier data (Celtic and Greek), together with contemporary data from Italy or other Roman provinces.Cet article est une synthèse des données carpologiques relatives aux offrandes alimentaires végétales effectuées en contexte funéraire gallo-romain.
