Le droit d’auteur français et le copyright américain : les enjeux

This paper shows how authors ' rights on their work are protected in France and in the United States. In France, authors benefit from a moral right which is only partly protected in the United States. Although the origins of the protection differ, national legislations and case law indicate that the two conceptions now tend to converge.
