Tinjauan Yuridis Pemberian Izin Lingkungan Dan Etika Bisnis Islam Terhadap Peternak Ayam Yang Berada Di Pemukiman Penduduk Di Karanggede

This research is entitled Juridical Review of the Granting of Environmental Permits and Islamic Business Ethics to Chicken Farmers in the Environmental Area in Karanggede, the reason behind this research is the researcher's curiosity about the attitude of the cages in their village which are in accordance with government regulations. The enactment of an Environmental Permit is regulated by Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2012. it turns out that it is in line with government regulations but cannot be said to be effective and maximal. The first issue to be discussed is the business permit for a chicken farm in Karanggede sub-district. This is in accordance with Islamic Business Ethics and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2012 concerning Rearing Chickens in Residential Areas, Especially in Environments or Settlements. This research was conducted using field types and qualitative approaches (natural conditions) other methods of recording, interviews, and observation of data collection. The results of the study explain that the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia government regulation number 27 of 2012 and Islamic business ethics for chicken farming in residential areas is appropriate and in accordance with the principles
