Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018 - 2021)

The value of the firm is the price that the investor is willing to pay if the company is sold and often associated with the stock price. The purpose of this study is to determine empirically the influence of capital structure, firm size, profitability, and leverage to the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2021.The population used in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method by purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected were 30 companies. The data collected were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. Before performing multiple linear regression analysis the classical assumption test is done first. The results of this study indicate that the variables of capital structure, firm size, profitability, and leverage affect the value of the company. There is no variable that didn’t affect in this study
