Notas para la edición de la antigua traducción latina de los Aforismos hipocráticos

Of all the late-antique, Latin translations of Hippocrates' works, that of his Aphorisms was the most widespread during the early middle ages. The Latin text of the Aphorisms was first edited in 1980 by I. Miiller-Rohlfsen ; this edition is based on five pre-salernitan manuscripts which offer the text separately. However, the same text has been used for the lemmata of a Latin commentary found in several manuscripts of the early middle ages. The aim of this paper is to highlight the contribution of the textual tradition used by the author of the commentary when establishing the text of the Latin translation. Although this paper is only a preliminary study of the Fifth Section of the Hippocratic treatise, nevertheless, several modifications may already be proposed to the edited text..L'ancienne version latine du traité hippocratique intitulé Aphorismes a connu tout au long du haut Moyen Âge la diffusion la plus répandue parmi l'ensemble des versions hippocratiques de la fin de l'Antiquité tardive. Le texte latin des Aphorismes a été édité pour la première fois en 1980 par I. Müller-Rohlfsen, qui a tenu compte de cinq mss présalernitains qui présentent le texte séparément. Or, ce même texte a été utilisé pour les lemmes d'un commentaire latin, transmis par plusieurs mss du haut Moyen Âge. Le but de cet article est de mettre en valeur l'apport de la tradition textuelle dont s'est servi le commentateur en vue de l'établissement du texte de la version latine. Le travail n'étant, jusqu'à présent, qu'un sondage borné à la Section V du traité hippocratique, on arrive, néanmoins, à l'amélioration du texte de plusieurs aphorismes.Vázquez Buján Manuel Enrique.
