In spite of the studies by A. m. Peškovskij, b. v. Tomaševskij and S. I. karcevskij, most research works on the segmentation of the utterance are still based on the analysis of oral speech. If the semantic and rhythmic segmentation in oral speech is clear, it is worth studying the question of segmentation in written language to establish the similarities and différences with oral speech. Are punctuation marks the only essentiel way to indicate a break ?
