Abstract. - Spatial agencies provide position of satellites with a great accuracy. But user of satellite data has no information about temporal sampling : when and how a location on the Earth is seen by satellite, during a given duration ? The IXION software, which we developed for application to any satellite, provides orbitography and temporal sampling : the time of each overpass is given, together with the positions of the satellite and the Sun (at the same moment), expressed as zenith and azimuth angles.Résumé.
