The intent of the present research is to determine the presence of specific attributions for criminality and the accuracy with which they are used in identifying criminals for specific crimes. The belief is there will be a general consensus among the majority of facial trait labels that the participants will associate among photographs of criminals. The second belief is there will also be a general consensus regarding specific crimes that are to be labeled on to the photographs. Participants were asked to choose three facial and three personality characteristics they felt best described each photograph.
