Different possible methods for fighting wildfowl raiding rice-fields are discussed. The first ones try to attract wildfowl outside the rice-fields, or to reduce the rice-fields' attractivity for wildfowl. The other one try to scare birds already in rice-fields, after the damages have begun. The adivsed methods for West Africa are : refuges creation, good farming, strawing of seed-plots, use of gardeners with shell-crackers of different kinds or with a gun and blanck cartridges, ropes handled by a gardener or steady above rice, and also the use of scarecrows and gas powered guns.Les différentes méthodes possibles pour lutter contre les oiseaux d'eau qui attaquent les rizières sont examinées.
