This study described the temporal evolution of first-dose vaccination coverage against Covid-19 in Brazil and in the states. The country has 84.86% of the population eligible for vaccination and currently coverage for the first dose is 74.95%. There has been a slowdown in the application of first doses in Brazil since epidemiological week 36 (APC 0.83%, 95% CI 0.75 - 0.91%), with a trend close to stagnation, synchronized with the beginning of the debate on the effectiveness of vaccine and proximity to the population limit eligible for vaccination.
