In the present work an attitudinal analysis of university students in the province of Chiriquí, Republic of Panama is shown in search of the factors or individual situations that condition them to develop and suffer nomophobia, this addiction being one of the most recent due to the exponential technological development in the last years. To carry out this research, the adaptation to Spanish of the Nomophobia Questionnaire or NMP-Q was used digitally through the Microsoft Forms platform and distributed to university students in Chiriquí through various channels.
