Peran Kepala Desa Dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Desa Molingkapoto Selatan

This study discusses the role of the Head of South Molingkapoto Village who acts as a mediator in resolving land disputes in South Molingkapoto Village. This research was carried out with reference to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which contains the obligation of the village head to resolve disputes that occur in the community. In writing this research will discuss several problems including: What is the method of the Head of South Molingkapoto Village in resolving land disputes? and How does the Head of South Molingkapoto Village act as a mediator in resolving land disputes? This research method uses normative juridical analysis using secondary data with primary materials in the form of laws and expert opinions. The results of this study can be concluded that the method of the Head of South Molingkapoto Village in resolving land disputes using the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) method while the method of resolving land disputes by the Head of South Molingkapoto Village is mediation
