Evolution in internal policy and Chinese institutions since the cultural revolution. This study based on official Chinese documents and allocutions by Mao Tse- toung presents the evolution of Chinese institutions and internal policy since the Cultural Revolution of 1966 until May 1973. Chinese home policy has not changed as much as would appear and rests on immutable principles. The observed variations are only altogether conjunctural and only effect the way in which the principes are applied.
