Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja tentang Bahaya Seks Bebas di SMKN 1 Koto Baru Dharmasraya

ABSTRACT According to data owned by (WHO) in 2021 the highest number of young girls aged <15 years who have had sexual intercourse in the world occurs in the Melanesian country, namely 51%, while in the Asian region, especially Indonesia, is ranked 5th with teenage girls who have had sexual intercourse by 35%. Based on data obtained from the 2021 Central Health Statistics Agency, it was stated that 17.8% of adolescents aged 15-19 years had been pregnant and had free sex. Based on the results of the initial survey, it was obtained from 10 students, 6 of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of free sex. This study used a pre-experimental type of research using a design (one group pre-post test), research time 10 May 2023 at SMKN 1 Koto Baru with a sample of 77 adolescents who had fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria using a random sampling technique. Based on bivariate analysis using the One Sample T-Test with data processing using the SPSS application. The research results obtained for adolescent knowledge of the influence of health education with P vulue = 0.000 for adolescent attitudes there is an influence of health education with a P volue = 0.000 because the P value is 0.05. There is an influence of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about the dangers of free sex.Respondents are expected to understand and understand the dangers of free sex for health after being given health education about free sex.
