Introduction: Good leadership has a significant impact on the interpersonal relationships acquired by the company's employees, since it is the basis for individual and collective growth at the corporate level. Objective: The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of business leadership on the interpersonal relationships of the employees of CNEL, Manabí Business Unit.
