Abstract In the competitive field of English courses, businesses must improve service quality to gain an edge over competitors. Student satisfaction is greatly influenced by the quality of service, as English language courses are essentially service products. This study aimed to determine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. The sample included 80 students enrolled at Lembaga Bahasa LIA Jakarta, using a census as the calculation method. The research followed a quantitative approach, and multiple linear regression was used for data analysis.
