Nursing in the System of Health Care: Competence and Autonomy in Care Against the Background of Regulations of Professional and Social Law The article marks the actual situation of nursing in the system of health care in Germany, outlines nursing with regard to the regulation of professional and social law, identifies structural conditions of care, analyses conditions preventing competence-based performance of duties and addresses possible solutions.
