Heatoubiopedagogía del cuidado de sí mismo. Poder, saber y verdad: Una mirada de Foucault

For years, various theories have been developed to contribute to people's self-care, not only for themselves, but that care is convenient for themselves and others. However, what has been produced in this field has not caused a major impact on the sciences. This study sought to update this theme by presenting an approach from a Foucault perspective, interweaving it with the realities of Power, Knowledge and Truth. The objective of piloting this trip and generating a guiding scheme of operations, bio-pedagogical, self-taught Self Care, in a conceptual framework, with a basic foundation: epistemological-onto-methodological genealogical archeology in the spiritual dimension. And that it can result in giving birth to medicine inspired by the experience of suspending "neglect of oneself" to care for oneself, which transits as an opinion of the disease-illness and suffering habituated in the mind as a one-dimensional way of being of life. Susceptible to be transformed to another way of Being as a reflective existence; creation and free choice. Which seeks to develop an ethic of self-care, in the discontinuity of the Greco-Roman environment and the post-pandemic news, convenient for the new sciences, relationships with oneself and the otherness involved.Durante años, se elaboraron una diversidad de teorías sobre el cuido de sí de las personas, no solo para sí mismas, pero a la vez para la otredad. No obstante, lo producido en este campo no ha causado mayor impacto en las ciencias. Este estudio procuró actualizar dicho tema presentando un enfoque que proviene desde una mirada de Foucault, entretejiéndola con realidades del Poder, Saber y Verdad. El objetivo de pilotear este viaje es generar un esquema guía de operaciones, bio-pedagógicas del Cuidado de Si, en un entramado conceptual, con fundamento básico metodológico: arqueo epistemológico-onto-genealógico en la dimensión espiritualidad. Y que pueda resultar en dar a luz una medicina inspirada desde la experiencia de suspender el “descuido de sí” al cuidado de sí, que transita tal fuera opinión de la enfermedad-dolencia y sufrimiento habituado en la mente como un ser unidimensional de la vida. Susceptible de ser transformada a otra forma de Ser como existencia reflexiva; de creación y elección libre. Lo cual busca desarrollar una ética del cuidado de sí, en la discontinuidad del entorno grecorromano y la actualidad pospandémica, conveniente para las nuevas ciencias las relaciones consigo mismo y la otredad implicada. Key words: I take care of myself, Self-ethics, Knowledge, Power, Truth, Heatoubiopedagogy RESUMO Ao longo dos anos, diversas teorias foram elaboradas sobre o cuidado das pessoas consigo mesmas, não apenas consigo mesmas, mas também com a alteridade. No entanto, o que tem sido produzido nesse campo não tem causado grande impacto nas ciências. Este estudo buscou atualizar esse tema ao apresentar uma abordagem que parte de uma perspectiva foucaultiana, entrelaçando-a com as realidades do Poder, do Saber e da Verdade. O objetivo da pilotagem desta viagem é gerar um esquema guia de operações biopedagógicas do Cuidado de Si, em um quadro conceitual, com fundamentação metodológica básica: arqueologia epistemológica-onto-genealógica na dimensão da espiritualidade. E que dela possa resultar o nascimento de um remédio inspirado na experiência de suspender o “descaso de si” para o cuidado de si, que transita tal opinião externa da doença-doença e sofrimento habituados na mente como um só- ser dimensional da vida. Suscetível de se transformar em outra forma de Ser como existência reflexiva; criação e livre escolha. Que busca desenvolver uma ética do cuidado de si, na descontinuidade do ambiente greco-romano e das novidades pós-pandemia, conveniente para as novas ciências, relações consigo mesmo e com a alteridade envolvida. Cependant, ce qui a été produit dans ce domaine n'a pas eu d'impact majeur dans les sciences. Cette étude a cherché à actualiser ce thème en présentant une approche issue d'une perspective foucaldienne, l'imbriquant avec les réalités du Pouvoir, du Savoir et de la Vérité. L'objectif de pilotage de ce voyage est de générer un schéma directeur des opérations bio-pédagogiques de Soin de Soi, dans un cadre conceptuel, avec un fondement méthodologique de base: archéologie épistémologique-onto-généalogique dans la dimension spiritualité. Et qu'elle peut aboutir à donner naissance à une médecine inspirée de l'expérience de la suspension de la "négligence de soi" au soin de soi, qui transite une telle opinion extérieure de la maladie -maladie et souffrance habituées dans l'esprit comme un seul- être dimensionnel de la vie. Susceptible de se transformer en une autre forme d'Être en tant qu'existence réflexive; création et libre choix. Qui cherche à développer une éthique du soin de soi, dans la discontinuité de l'environnement gréco-romain et de l'actualité post-pandémique, propice aux nouvelles sciences, aux rapports à soi et à l'altérité en jeu.
