Banana peel is a material that can be used as a source of potassium for organic fertilizer. Potassium fertilizer has a role in increasing plant productivity. Bananas have the potential to be used as a source of alkali. In this study, potassium extraction was carried out using banana peel ash. The method used is the titration method. The variables studied are variations in the type of solvent. The solvent used is distilled water, with a ratio of 1:6 and 1:8. The resulting extraction still contains residual solvent. The extraction process was carried out at 70°C for 2-3 hours, and then every 20 minutes the extract was taken for titration.
