The current transformation of international security studies has experienced a transition from traditional security threats to nontraditional security. Traditional security threats that initially focused on war and military issues will change to non-traditional security threats that are oriented towards human security. One form of this non-traditional security threat phenomenon is the spread of infectious diseases, one of which is the Covid 19 Global Pandemic. The Covid-19 global pandemic is not only a threat to national security aspects but also has a major impact on human security.
