Apprendre une langue avec un smartphone : approche méthodologique de l'application Duolingo

International audienceSmartphone language self-learning applications are becoming increasingly successful. However, few works by linguists and didacticians are devoted to them. We propose to analyze the general functioning of the Duolingo application, focusing on its methodological underpinnings, the role of gaming and the consideration of the objectives and needs of the learner.Les applications smartphones d'autoapprentissage des langues connaissent un succès croissant.
