Introduction: With the current trend of increasing noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia worldwide and in Malaysia, a comprehensive study is essential to elucidate the local population's knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) toward NCDs.
