In this study of ceramic from a complex status rural site, being at once a farm, an inn and a road stop, we propose outlining ceramic catering and typological evolution of amphoras from the end of the Ilnd and the middle of the Vth century A.D., from Rhône Valley to Drôme banks. We have shown the dynamism of regional and local workshops for the production of common and fine ceramics (clay coating, Claire B, DS.R). Though regional production structures are diversified, the repertory brings evidence of a filiation between these ceramics and the ceramics from Languedoc.
