Understanding public transport passengers' mode-switching intentions is essential for transit managers and policy makers as a useful support to formulate strategies to satisfy existing public transport passengers and attract car users. For this reason, this study explores what factors affect public transit passengers to use other transport modes. Apart from the factors analyzed in previous studies, psychological disposition variables that we assume may influence the rating of travel satisfaction are also included in the study.
