This research focused on the print-making in the context of art education. Taking advantage of the features of a print, I studied the simplest kind of Taku print, and performed an educational practice by Taku print. In Chapter 1 of this paper, I carried out a comparative examination of drawing and transfer, and then studied the history of prints, comparing many kinds of prints from the formalistic point of view. In Chapter 2, I inquired into Taku print, not only analyzing the essential features of Taku, but also exploring the possibility of its expression. In Chapter 3, I used Taku as teaching materials of print, and performed a lessons in the classroom in Yamaga city and Kumamoto city, the practices of which were recorded. Thus, I consider...
