According to the increasing interrelations between Japan and the other countries, it has become urgent necessity for the promising youth to acquire the ability to use English as a communication means. Even in this Educational Faculty, most students expect to have language training for communication as well as lectures of the English literature or the English language. The present writer has introduced into classes the hearing lessons using English programs by shortwave broadcasting, such as Voice of America, or Radio Japan, etc.Through broadcasting, we can get large amount of various information in a short period of time.
