Du port-parking au produit touristique : l'évolution des ports de plaisance en France

The initial design and use of yachting harbours has evolved considerably over the course of the last thirty years. For a long time limited to a singular technical function, the yachting harbour is henceforth regarded as a facility designed for a whole range of activities, both touristic and leisure, capable of enlivening a portion of the coast. This new approach has for as much as an objective the promotion of the current « port » image as the animation of ordinary harbour space by opening the port to non yachting persons.L'utilisation et la conception des ports de plaisance ont considérablement évolué au cours des trente dernières années. Longtemps limité à sa seule fonction technique, le port de plaisance est conçu désormais comme un équipement structurant, permettant de dynamiser une portion du littoral autour d'une gamme étendue d'activités touristiques et de loisir.
