The paper describes the use of ATLAS.ti 7 in examining the socio-legal implications of the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the justice system of the High Courts of Malaysia. Engaging a qualitative method, the study includes both secondary data involving library-based research, and primary data generated from a case study of four High Courts of West and East Malaysia. The paper discusses steps in preparing the data, coding the data and finally analysing the data.
