The digital platform requirements constantly change as the service system value propositions and the resource configurations improve and resource misconfigurations leading to negative value experiences are identified. Therefore, it is imperative for the platform designers to assess the extent to which their platform facilitates platform actors' desired value co-creation at a given time.
