Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird die Entwicklung und Etablierung einer neuartigen und eleganten Sequenziellen Katalyse bestehend aus Olefinmetathese, Doppelbindungs-isomerisierung und oxidativer Cyclisierung im Eintopf-Verfahren beschrieben. Durch den Einsatz von unterschiedlichen Protokollen für die Katalysesequenz konnte der Aufbau von überwiegend bislang unbekannten Heterobicyclen ermöglicht werden. Die Olefinmetathese und erste Umsetzung der Sequenz wird durch kommerziell erhältliche Ru-Carben-Komplexe katalysiert, welche für die nachfolgenden Transformationen in situ umgewandelt werden.
