The transmission line model to describe the AC-response of electrons on helium in a magnetic field has been extended by introducing inhomogeneous electron density and capacitance profiles at the edge. The transmission line equations were solved numerically for mobility values corresponding to t=1.8 K. The results yield an oscillatory response as a function of magnetic field, in agreement with experimental observations and are attributed to damped edge magnetoplasmons (EMP's).</p
