Die Durchflusszytometrie wird seit vielen Jahren als wichtiges Analyseverfahren in der medizinischen Diagnostik eingesetzt. Neue Einsatzgebiete lassen sich mit miniaturisierten Einweg-Analysechips erschließen. In der vorliegenden Dissertation werden 3D-mikrostrukturierte Durchflusszytometer entwickelt, bei denen typische Komponenten wie die Probenzuführung, die optische und elektrische Detektion (Extinktion, Streulicht, Fluoreszenz und Impedanz) in einen Kunststoffchip integriert sind. Die aufgebaute mikro- und feinwerktechnische Fertigungsprozesskette (Ultrapräzisions-Fräsen, Heißprägen und Laserdurchstrahlschweißen) erlaubt eine Fertigung auch potentiell hoher Stückzahlen.
