Interpersonal expertise and teacher interpersonal knowledge

In this paper the focus is on the knowledge component of interpersonal expertise. We define teacher interpersonal knowledge as: knowledge of (healthy) teacher student relationships and knowledge of strategies on how to create and maintain these relationships with different (groups of) students. In this paper we explore a measurement method to investigate the accuracy of teacher interpersonal knowledge.
