Les étapes moléculaires conduisant au développement et à la progression du cancer pulmonaire à petites cellules (CPPC) restent mal comprises, ce qui se traduit par l’absence de thérapie ciblée et un pronostic extrêmement sombre. L’activation de la Kinase de l’Adhérence Focale (FAK) joue un rôle clé dans le comportement invasif de ce cancer in vitro. Notre hypothèse est que FAK pourrait être une cible thérapeutique dans le CPPC.
