Directive planning, financial regulation, « general expectation », campaigns. In the socialist planned economies of our days — both in the traditional ones with directive planning and in the systems after the Hungarian and Yugoslav reforms — there equally exist (though, naturally, in varying proportions) hierarchical command relations and more or less restricted, distorted commodity (market) and monetary relations. Owing to its immanent properties, directive control is uncertain from the outset, in the sense that a part of the instructions issued is never carried out (e.g. because there are contradictions between them, etc.).
