Plouguerneau (Léon) : une économie rurale à travers le XXe siècle.

This paper is about the evolution of the rural economy in Plouguerneau (Léon, Brittany) all along the twentieth century. It is based on the accumulation of the statistics existing about a rural community : on the one hand the censuses on the population, on the other hand the series arised from the annual agricultural statistics and the general censuses of Agriculture. The first part deals with the population and the structuresof production and the second part with the system of production. So we notice a wide range of transformations within the peasant economy and we observe how the « dépaysannisation » (an essential process in the social and cultural evolution) has progressed during the twentieth century.Ce texte a pour objet l'évolution de l'économie rurale à Plouguerneau, considérée le long du XXe siècle. Il est fondé sur l'accumulation des statistiques disponibles sur une commune rurale : les recensements de la population d'une part, et de l'autre les séries obtenues à partir de la statistique agricole annuelle et des recensements généraux de l'agriculture. La première partie concerne la population et les structures de production, et la seconde le système de production. Nous relevons ainsi une multitude de transformations à l'intérieur même de l'économie paysanne et nous observons la progression du processus de dépaysannisation, mouvement essentiel du changement social et culturel observable sur ce XXe siècle.Elegoet Fanch.
