Emploi, statuts, organisation du travail dans la modernisation des musées en France

In the process of renovation and extension of the role of museums that have taken place in France since the beginning of the eighties, staffs have to play a strategie part. This paper presents the main transformations of status and organisations as well as some initiatives taken either in the museums or in the field of training. These initiatives aim at reinforcing the staffs' professionalisation. Problems and contradictions that emerged in this context are pointed out.Dans le processus de rénovation et d'extension des missions des musées auquel on assiste, en France, depuis le début des années quatre-vingt, les personnels sont appelés à jouer un rôle stratégique. Cet article présente les principales transformations statutaires et organisationnelles, ainsi que certaines initiatives prises sur le terrain ou encore dans le domaine de la formation, destinées à conforter leur professionnalisation. Il met aussi en évidence les problèmes et contradictions qui émergent à cette occasion.En el proceso de renovación y de extension de las misiones de los museos que ocurre en Francia desde el inicio de los anos 80, el personal que trabaja en estas instituciones es llamado a ejercer un papel estrategico. Este artigo presenta las principales transformaciones de estatuto y de organización, al lado de ciertas iniciativas tomadas en el campo o aun en el sector de la formación, destinadas a contribuir a su profesionalización.
