Etika v profesi pedagoga ZUŠ

In the final thesis, I deal with ethical topics that a primary art school teacher encounters in his profession. I dedicate the theoretical part to a brief historical overview from antiquity to the present and the definition of the basic concepts of ethics. Next, I will briefly outline the topic of professional ethics of the teacher, and the core of the theoretical part is then made up of chapters devoted to an overview of Czech and foreign ethical codes and teacher standards. In the practical part, I evaluate and comment on the results of a survey I conducted among elementary art school teachers on the topic of ethical dilemmas in their pedagogical practice. The subsequent chapter summarizes the sources of support that a teacher can use when solving ethical challenges
