The goal of the thesis is to prepare a program to support correct pronunciation in children in kindergarten, this program cannot be evaluated. The theoretical part deals with pronunciation, factors affecting the development of pronunciation, the development of pronunciation in preschool age and the formation of sounds. It will also define the competences of the speech therapy assistant in kindergarten, the pedagogical diagnosis of children's pronunciation in kindergarten and the possibilities of intervention in this area in the regular classroom. The practical part will include a program to support correct pronunciation in the oldest age groups of children in kindergarten. The conclusion will include a description of the implementation of the program and its evaluation in terms of children's reactions and results
