Multifunctional hall Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou

The bachelor thesis is based on the project of a multi-purpose sports hall according to an assignment that was prepared in the third semester of the bachelor studies in the subject AG032. The topic of the study is the design of a new multifunctional sports hall in the town of Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou. The concept of the solution was to design a multifunctional hall that will provide all the required functions. The three-story building is partially embedded into the terrain so that its height does not exceed the surrounding buildings. The facade of the building from Jiráskova Street is made up of overhanging profiled glass panels that copy the indoor space of the sports area. The rest of the facade is made of corrugated metal and plaster. The building has a sports area, a small hall, a gym, facilities for athletes, a bar and accommodation in the form of bedrooms. The building of the hall and its surroundings are designed in such a way that both sports and cultural events can take place here
