Role zástupce ředitele a její pojetí na základní škole

This final work deals with the topic of the role of deputy headmaster in elementary school. In the theoretical part, I define the concept of deputy headmaster from the point of view of individual roles, its legal consolidation and competence for the performance of this job. The practical part is based on the method of direct interviews and observation of specific deputy headmasters. The aim of this work is to describe the position of the deputy headmaster at an elementary school and to define his/her roles and the content of his/her work
