The diploma thesis entitled Selected Monuments of Late Gothic Sacred Architecture of South Moravia in Art Historical Context is based on the author's bachelor thesis. It deals with the history, architecture and context of the late Ghotic pilgrime church of St. Wolfgang in Hnanice near Znojmo. The thesis tries to place the Hnanice church in the context of other stylistically similar church buildings in South Moravia and Lower Austria. It gives three examples of possible analogies from the Moravian Danube and another three examples from the Austrian Danube. The bulidings are described and further compared.
