Stravovací návyky žáků ZŠ v malé obci

This final thesis deals with the topic of the nutrition of primary school children in a small village of up to ten thousand inhabitants. The theoretical part defines concepts such as nutrition for school-age children, all nutritional essentials such as macro and micronutrients, and physical activity options. The theoretical part also includes the issue of childhood obesity, eating disorders and food allergies, which are nowadays problems of children in primary schools. The practical part is based on a quantitative method, the survey was done by using a questionnaire that was completed personally by the children. The goal was to study the eating habits of primary school children, their preferences in food selection, frequency of certain foods, and choice and frequency of physical activity
