Development of urban planning in selected municipality

This diploma thesis focuses on the development of the local plan of the selected municipality, which is Ratiboř near Jindřichův Hradec. The village is located in the South Bohemian Region in an area with beautiful nature and valuable elements. The thesis contains a theoretical part and practical part. First of all, the work describes terms related to local planning, legislative provisions, the process how authorities deal with this field and the local planning process itself. The practical part is focused on the municipality Ratiboř and information related to the municipality. The development of the local planning of the selected municipality is also described
