This bachelor's thesis deals with death of a client in a care home and psychical impact of client's death on social care assistant. In the first chapter is described history of care service in the Czech republic, perception of death since 19th century and perception of death in nowdays in comparison to the past. In the following chapters this bachelor's thesis concerns groaning, five phases of grief, death of a client in a care home and psychical workload of social care assistants. The research focuses on emotions of social care assistants after client's death. The research uses a qualitative method and the main aim was to describe emotion of social care assistants after client's death
