This work aimed to explore the possibilities of infilling the gap on Kapitána Jaroše Street or identifying other lots within the adjacent inner courtyard, where interventions will be proposed to enhance the location's attractiveness and improve the quality of the environment. The chosen solution involved a lot in the gap and an adjacent, currently undeveloped plot within the inner courtyard.
